I\'m an independent thinker but also a team player who loves working for the people of my community, state, and country. I\'ve always considered myself to be versatile and able to adapt to many different tasks, functions, and situations. I have many years of experience in politics as well as finance / business management in the non-profit sector as well as retail store management. Over the years I have developed strength in certain skills such as communication, organization, and time-management. I also try to always maintain a positive attitude and be optimistic about different situations that life throws at you. I believe this is how I have been overall successful in my life by trying to always be positive and persistent in working towards my goals. Just like the old saying \"when life gives you lemons, make lemonade\" and I have always believed that to be true.
