   Plan, organize, and manage assigned OSP and ISP projects to meet scope, timing, budget expectations, and overall project outcomes for the DC Metro market. Ensures fiber splice records, network topography records and fiber mapping and as-builts are accurately updated in corporate inventory systems. Works closely with other carriers, engineering firms, local/ state agencies and building owners/landlords on new building adds and supporting subloop fiber adds. Collaborate with other business groups to ensure their associated responsibilities are called out during PKO and track to meet or conclude before the milestones that are set. Other business groups include Railroad ROW, Third party conduit ROW, Easement, and Third-Party Colo. Assist with fiber verification requests, project estimations, designs, bids, permits and manages construction of new building adds. Ensure contractors/subcontractors meet or exceed CenturyLink’s requirements (Engineering, permitting and construction of OSP infrastructure). Verify ISP work packages are correct and assist Field Technicians, Field Engineers, and Testers where required. Work closely with the Field Operations Manager on project scheduling. Drives operational improvements by supporting implementation of major initiatives that have significant cross-organizational impact Coordinate interactions between the project and key stakeholders Select appropriate process for the project Develop and maintain the project schedule. Lead and direct project planning efforts and identify dependencies between activities Maintain control over the project by measuring performance and determining if there are any variances from the plan Manage the project plan and timeline to meet project objectives Delegate activities to appropriate project team members, coordinate project activities, and track deliverables, owners, and target dates. Ensure the project team remains within scope
