   Successfully developed and implemented the organization’s first strategic vision. After four years of achieving all goals, our second plan was put together to grow our purpose and mission for all stakeholders. During this time, full-time staff grew from 8 to 14. Grew corporate partnership revenue over 65% from 2021 to 2024, for a total of $933,566 in 2024 that included partnerships with 90 different companies.Increased total operating revenue from $4M in 2018 to $8.1M in 2024, making the STPGA the third largest operation of the 41 PGA Sections.Increased Member participation in events by 19% in 2024. Successfully managed and expanded our 501(c)3 organization’s mission of positively impacting lives through junior golf, college scholarships, veteran programs, and employment opportunities. Highly trained in event management with the direct supervision of 500 annual events across 7 different metropolitan areas.Grew our communication channels to better tell our story throughout the year with total following increasing by 21% and total reach by 28% in 2024.
