My expertise lies in devising effective state and federal regulatory compliance strategies. I am well-versed in researching government programs and enforcement efforts to provide valuable counsel on client operations and regulatory reporting obligations. Additionally, I excel in analyzing real estate market trends, leveraging demographic data, and skillfully negotiating contracts with brokers, stakeholders, counterparties. My experience also encompasses creating pro formas for potential acquisitions and developments, diligently tracking performance against those projections, and expertly managing contractual and legal obligations at every stage of development. Recently, I embraced a new professional challenge, transitioning into disability-forward and affordable housing development. In this role, I manage the business development pipeline, lead technical assistance projects, and support asset management and financial feasibility matters. My passion for innovation drives me to explore creative financing models and capital stacks, tapping into valuable resources like LIHTC and other subsidies to achieve our objectives.
