As an experienced construction/project management professional, I have successfully managed numerous civil/telecommunication programs and projects at a national, regional, and market level, in capacities of both leadership and as an individual contributor.    Led the end-to-end execution of the Florida market Macro New Build Program (since 2022), strategically delivering essential network coverage and capacity through 4G, 5G, and C-Band deployments across the state.Directed and provided oversight and execution of a multimillion-dollar Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget, including budget submission for the build plan, financial and material planning, and Work In Progress (WIP) reconciliation.Spearheaded regulatory compliance and safety initiatives. Instituted regulatory tracking and compliance standards (RF and Environmental) at the start of construction to ensure immediate compliance to federal, state, and local guidelines.Represented the team for the Capital Action Initiative (CAI), addressing site safety concerns on elevated platforms and managing generator upgrades and WIC shelter deployment on environmentally compromised sites.Initiated and expedited transport deliveries by collaborating with fiber providers (e.g, CenturyLink, Crown), establishing a process of meeting during the project\'s design phase to determine fiber meet points and developed strong partnerships, ensuring seamless circuit deliveries.A key member of Verizon’s Emergency Response Team, coordinating critical communications with government agencies (FEMA) and utility providers. Played an instrumental role in electrical service restoration for hundreds of sites following Hurricanes Ian (2022) and Milton (2024).Spearheaded several high-profile projects, including the lead engineer role for the SpaceX Cape Canaveral and University of Central Florida macro new builds, temporary asset deployment for the 2025 Electric Daisy Carnival (Orlando, FL), and special event coordination for the upcoming 2026 NHL Winter Classic (Miami, FL).Small Cell Deployment: Oversaw the comprehensive design and deployment of the Small Cell Program across major metropolitan areas, including Chicago, Milwaukee, and Miami (Oct 2019 - Jan 2022).
