ABOUT THOMAS HÖGENER
I’m Chief of Staff at Ingestro, working directly with the founders to scale an AI-native platform that solves one of the most fundamental problems in software: getting data into systems reliably, fast, and at scale.My role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and systems. I help translate founder priorities into concrete outcomes—owning company-wide OKRs, driving cross-functional initiatives, sharpening go-to-market execution, and building the operational backbone needed as we grow from early traction to scale.Before stepping into a Chief of Staff role, I worked as a Founder’s Associate with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and operational problem-solving. Earlier in my career, I gained hands-on experience in venture capital and investment analysis across Europe, sourcing and evaluating early-stage technology companies and working closely with founders.I hold a Master’s in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics. During my studies, I focused on strategy and value creation, including a thesis on social value creation and an exchange semester in Italy that further shaped my international perspective.I’m particularly interested in AI-powered B2B software, data infrastructure, and tools that remove friction from how companies operate and scale.
