ABOUT THOMAS HILTON

I am recent graduate of the College of Business Administration program at Kansas State University with a focus in Marketing, and certifications in both Professional Strategic Selling and Business of Sports & Entertainment. Hard work and determination are key aspects of defining who I am. I discovered this during my high school baseball career when I overcame multiple major injuries to play the game that I love at the collegiate level. From this experience, I realized that the only limit to my success is myself. I carry this ideology with me now and will for the rest of my life. Prioritized long-term goals of mine are to develop a career in a sales role. I am confident that my skillset, competitive edge, attention to detail, and passion for sales will largely contribute in me achieving these career goals. I value a harmonious work environment, effective leadership, and creating meaningful relationships. These values are vital in the career that I am striving for. Through my experience with hardships, I discovered a core strength that propels me to conquer any obstacle life might throw my way. It also gave me the confidence that I can do amazing things when I put my mind to something. I believe by transitioning that mentality to my professional career, the sky is the limit.
