Perform onsite construction, and oversee third party inspections. Review Design Build documents to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules are within contract requirements. Duties include: MEP rough-in, finishes, building envelope, roofing, PBB (passenger boarding and bridges), low voltage, traction elevators & moving walks, inspections. Other duties include coordination with various stake holders including but not limited to airline representatives, city code officials, utility providers, and third party contractors (concessioners).
