I founded Common Nexus to solve a problem I kept seeing from the inside: organizations adopting powerful tools without visibility into where their proprietary data actually goes.Common Nexus builds systems that give regulated organizations visibility and control over their proprietary data. We start with AI governance assessments that map tool usage, workflows, and surfaces of data exposure. We identify gaps and help close these gaps, before they become compliance issues.I spent 13 years at Together Labs (formerly IMVU), leading infrastructure and operations for a platform serving millions of users. I co-founded, and operated Madrone Technology Group, an MSP delivering compute and network infrastructure and security services to regulated clients. I helped found Hacker Dojo, a prestigious incubator, and one of Silicon Valley\'s longest-running nonprofit technology communities. Additionally, at Hacker Dojo, I served as its infrastructure partner for 15 years.I publish the Exposure Brief: Governance Intelligence for operational leaders navigating AI policy gaps. exposurebrief.comOrganizations run into risk inadvertently.
