About Thomas Harris

As the VP, Branch Leader of the Fidelity Fort Collins Investor Center the privilege and responsibility of supporting and sustaining a dynamic leadership team and associates are mine. My objective with each interaction is to inspire and provide accountability to the associates I work with now and those I hope to work with in the future. I was drawn to this industry, to Fidelity and ultimately to my role because of my passion for lifting and challenging others to become the best version of themselves. In my own quest for the best version of myself I have an endless list of mentors and leaders who have inspired greater processes and pursuits then what I originally reached for in life. These leaders, associates, and friends have helped shaped my diligence and vision for what I am capable of. This process has provided great insight into the skills and talents I have and the what I still need to obtain. My personal journey of development has shaped my leadership style and has sharpened my focus on helping others reach higher than they thought possible. I learned early on in my career that Fidelity is a company aligned with my pursuits of empowerment. Chief empowerment belongs to our clients who rightfully sit atop of the pecking order of our ability to impact and inspire greater futures. Client empowerment is followed up by associate development and accountability. At Fidelity we don’t simply help you create a greater vision of yourself; we help you be accountable to becoming this greater vision.
