Overseeing a pallet warehouse across frozen, ambient and chill as well as working with the regional transport manager to oversee the transport operation covering the Coleshill depot and 4 other satellite depots • Reduced stock loss by approximately 80% over the 12 month period through implementing a new stock counting system and regular monitoring of all stock in the warehouse • Increased productivity by relaying pick-floors and adjusting layout of cold-store leading to an increase of the pick rate by 20% across the warehouse • Overseeing the pick operation now picking approximately cases per week for deliveries across the northern regions. This has grown over 30% from 2021 as we have improved customer confidence by improving our accuracy from 96.4% to 99.7% over the last 12 months • Working with the Microsoft D365 system • Developing and maintaining relationships with the Sales and supply chain teams to achieve high service level • Closely working with multiple 3PL\'s running their distribution contracts • Responsible for risk assessments and SOP\'s in the operation
