Dedicating his life to the field of Special Education since 1998, Thomas remains a Highly Qualified, Teacher of the Handicapped and is certified as a New Jersey public school leader. Thomas has the distinction of a Master’s degree in Special Education from New Jersey City University as well as holding a Cum Laude Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
