Most recently I spent four years as a founding team member at Levels, helping us grow to $50M in revenue. I work with health & wellness startups in two ways: Consulting – Growth consulting for brands built on differentiated, scientific expertise. Lately, I\'ve been helping founders who are subject matter experts – think: medical doctor, neuroscientist, zen master – build movements by translating complex ideas into category-leading marketing. 1:1 advising / coaching - I work individually with a handpicked group of rising star marketers. We tackle everything from managing CEO dynamics and clarifying priorities to deeper terrain like identifying emotional blockers and charting a more aligned path in career and life. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time thinking about mental health and well-being across areas like psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, ethics, and contemplative studies.
