As the leader of the Accenture Corporate Development Capability Center in India and Buenos Aires, I have overseen the expansion of our capabilities from specialized M&A support to a comprehensive end-to-end service, supporting Accenture\'s inorganic growth activities globally. Our team handles everything from origination to integration, managing portfolios in our regions and aiding portfolios in other markets.My journey began in 1994 with Andersen Consulting’s Central Finance team in Chicago. Over the years, I have embraced various roles at Accenture. Notably, I was a member of the inaugural Strategic Planning & Analysis team when the company went public in 2001. I was also responsible for the global monthly book closure within five days, using the largest single instance of SAP at that time.Additionally, I spent seven years working on M&A transactions in the US office before transferring to Accenture’s Sydney, Australia office in January 2018, and later to the Bangalore office in 2023. My diverse experiences have provided me with a rich understanding of corporate development and strategic finance, enabling me to contribute effectively to Accenture\'s growth and success.
