As Finance Director at Shire, I lead the financial strategy and operational planning across both our Homecare and Healthcare divisions.Shire began in June 2015 with the launch of our Homecare service, delivering high-quality domiciliary care across North West Hertfordshire. Since then, we’ve expanded significantly—supporting adults and children with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities.Our Healthcare division now works nationally across Residential Care settings, Psychological Therapy services, and in partnership with leading charities and healthcare providers throughout the UK. We supply skilled, compassionate professionals to meet the growing demand for high-quality, specialist support.My role includes financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
