As a consultant I am tasked with performing root cause analysis of complex operational and strategic challenges facing clients to utilize in the creation of recommendations to achieve sustainable financial results. I create these recommendations by utilizing a problem solving skillset to quickly distill murky data and client situations obtained from client interviews and provided data. After creating the recommendations, I communicate usable insights to internal team members and client members via Tableau / Excel dashboards and PowerPoint. I also manage client and team relationships to ensure timely, accurate results delivery in the high stakes and fast paced setting of management consulting. As a part of engagements, I deliver then train clients on best practice procedures, tools, and standards to improve their operational outcomes. At Deloitte, I am continuously learning the complex operational, strategic, financial, and regulatory processes underpinning the healthcare industry.
