ABOUT THOMAS GILLIER
I am an Associate Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Fulbright Research Scholar (2020). My research explores how organizations harness creativity and openness to innovate—through crowdsourcing, innovation contests, open science, and cross-industry partnerships. Currently, I am particularly interested in how visionary concepts can help organizations navigate unknown and foster collective creativity.
