Driving strategy beyond Power Point into daily execution is my personal energizer. Every morning great ideas are waiting to be discussed with highly motivated colleagues. In our automotive segment currently more changes entering the door than ever. We have to learn and improve ourselves every day. Yesterday how to solve a complex technical problem. Today how to change our behavior towards fast & agile while in parallel keeping the highest level of quality mindset! On my way the last 20 years I experienced multiple segments as Automotive, Communication and Multimarket, working for several functions like Business Groups, IT, Strategy, Engineering and QM. I was assigned to multiple roles like SW Developer, SW Architect, Project Manager, Project Director and Line Manager. Leading great people in a multi culture matrix was and is still my focus and passion. My Software and Business background within a semiconductor environment combined with many experiences in people and innovation management makes me today valuable to strive for excellence in Organization Development, Innovation Portfolio Management, or develop a new Business. As a proven track record, I was certified as a Project Director (IPMA/ GPM-Zert level A) in 2005, leading successful multiple corporate projects from 20••••10 and won a company High Performance price in 2014. It’s my own voice to strive for excellence. My operating principle is “Walk my Talk”.
