Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the entire project management department. I lead an international team of project managers, with team members located across our global sites. I am fully accountable for the performance and development of each team member, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment across all locations.The main focus of my role is on the continuous development of the department and the optimization of interfaces between various functions. I design and implement efficient processes and structures to enhance collaboration within the department and with other company areas, adapting to new requirements as they arise.A key aspect of my responsibilities also involves driving strategic projects that contribute to the ongoing development of the company, supporting long-term goals and strengthening our market position.Additionally, my team delivers complex, customer-specific projects – from the initial concept phase through to series production. While I provide advisory support to ensure project goals are successfully met, the responsibility and execution of these projects lie fully with my team, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.
