BOOTSTRAPPED Together with the brains behind VIVIAN and VisioDok (Ex - MicroNova AG), we bootstrapped our Company “FleXChange-Medical GmbH”. We specialize in a universal interface for all PVS and AIS in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our customers only need to integrate our API to connect to over 100 systems. SCALE UPDuring my 3 years at TeleClinic - Germany\'s leading telemedical platform, I led & was responsible for the SHI Strategy and Launch - TeleClinics Milestone for 2020 (Cost coverage for all people with statutory health insurance.)- I directly reported to the CCO. In Mai 2020 TeleClinic was successfully acquired by ZurRoseGroup.STARTUPI am working at Petleo, connecting veterinarians and pet owners (“The Doctolib of Veterinary medicine”). Since June 2024 I have been VP of Data, before that I was the COO, scaling from a “4 friends company” to a stuffed and well-founded Team of around 25 People. Besides that, I did work at several startups as an external Consultant in Munich (instamotion, doctelio, Ökoring Handels GmbH).
