ABOUT THOMAS FRANZESE

I am a seasoned Sr. Human Resources professional with experience in the field, Corporate and Supply Chain settings. I have over thirty plus years of experience in asset protection and as an operational professional at store and district level. I have been with The Save Mart Companies for the past ten years, where I have gained a wealth of experience in a variety of areas related to internal investigations, employee relations and labor relations, along with employee development. My specialties include advanced internal case development, interview techniques, coaching behaviors, ORC investigations, and food safety management, all of which have given me a unique perspective on how to identify and mitigate risks in a wide range of situations. As an experienced Human Resources professional, I have also honed my skills in areas such as performance management, employee relations, labor relations and benefits administration, among others. I am passionate about helping others develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, whether that means coaching them on how to conduct effective interviews, administering certification programs for food safety managers, or developing customized training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. I pride myself on my ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization, and I am always looking for ways to improve my own skills and knowledge.
