Highlights: Project manager & planner Ultra-low temperature warehouse. As project manager and planner, Refolution made acceptance possible in just 5 months after initial contact. The two storage rooms each have a storage volume of 185 m³. As ult technology we used Mirai Intex so the storage rooms can be kept at a temperature between -90°C and -20°C. N+1 redundancy of three Mirai Intex MC10 O/W machines with air as refrigerant. The control quality is +/- 0.5 K with a temperature homogeneity of 2 K in empty space. Inventor of a process for recycling solvents Together with HOF Sonderanlagenbau GmbH, we have developed a new process for solventrecvoery. Solvents such as acetone, ethanol and dichloromethane are condensed out of one of the several exhaust streams and recycled. The cold is only generated with natural refrigerants without liquid nitrogen.
