As a CTMS for the Houston West district I am responsible for the certification and training of all shop staff throughout the district which includes 10 stores. I maintain the training schedule for all shop staff and hold and participate in weekly meetings with district store managers and then with my district manager and the regional training manager to maintain and update the training and certification schedule set by company policy. I am responsible for ensuring that company policies and procedures are all maintained and utilised on a day-to-day basis within the stores by the store managers and crew members.
