   Responsible for the overall operation of a credit union branch office in the community. Responsible for guiding branch staff in providing quality service to members in the areas of account and loan transactions, opening new accounts and other credit union products and services. Maintain a highly motivated, well trained staff. Foster relationships to maximize and strengthen member relations. Promotes a service/sales culture within the branch so that corporate objectives set by the credit union may be achieved and/or exceeded each year. Monitor key products/sales within the branch and ensure that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell products. Through coaching and mentoring, establish service/sales goals for individual team members and consistently tracks their performance. Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing and cross sales campaigns. Ensure annual compliance requirements are met and daily credit union policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for attending, hosting and actively participating in community activities such as chamber of commerce meetings that would take place before, during and after business hours. Prepare annual forecast for branch operating expenses. Responsible for personnel selection, employee performance assessment, staff development and procedure change management. Problem solves escalated customer service issues, competent in overcoming obstacles, finding creative options and rendering a sound solution. Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
