About Thomas Fields
I\'ve always been partially involved with the construction industry since I started working on a construction crew during the summers of high school. During and after college, I knew I wanted to somehow be focused sales, as well as, management. After the collapse in 2008, I decided to take a chance on a company called Beacon Roofing Supply. My wife and I moved to Pennsylvania, where I worked in the Quality Roofing Supply region of Beacon as a commercial sales rep for several very successful years. Soon, I was asked to open a Branch of my own in Jessup, Pa for QRS. This adventure allowed me to use my entrepreneurial skills, sales, and management all in one package. I quickly put together a great staff and grew the territory to almost double the size of previous years. This also allowed our closest neighboring branch to focus more on their immediate surrounding territory and they grew by 30% as well! In 2014 I agreed to move back south to Johnson City, Tennessee to open another Branch for our sister company Best Distributing.and this adventure continues!
