Project Management for Healthcare and Education projects is my specialty. My Technical and Management Skills are the result of years of experience in Planning, Design, Construction Document Preparation, Agency Review and Construction Administration on complex Healthcare and Education projects ranging from Inpatient and Outpatient Renovations, New Construction with OSHPD Review as well as K-12 and Higher Ed Renovations and New Construction with DSA Review. I have experience on prominent health projects such as the Construction Administration for the 100 bed Providence Holy Cross Medical Center New Patient Tower, the Cedar Sinai Medical Center Emergency Room Expansion and the Cedar Sinai Cancer Center Medical Offices. I have Construction Document technical leadership experience on the OSHPD-3 USC University Hospital Doheny Eye Institute Renovation project and the Malibu Middle and High School Campus Improvement project with DSA. I am proactive and thorough in assuring documents meet functional and design intent, obtaining agency review and approval, and providing consultant coordination and architectural detailing.I have recently been involved in Healthcare projects such as the LA County MLK MACC Building, the LA County Coroners Renovation and the VA West LA In-Patient Mental Ward Renovation. I have also recently been involved in Education projects involving DSA Review at the El Camino College S.T.E.M Center and the Malibu Middle and High School Renovation.I am currently involved in the New Hospital Expansion Project taking place at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, a New Medical Office Building for Kaiser Permanente in San Jose and the 101 bed Renovation of the Anaheim OC General Hospital into an Inpatient Psychiatric Care Facility.
