Self-motivated professional with a multi-faceted skill set. If there was something that needed to be taken care of, I handled it. That led me to become experienced in sales and marketing, employee training and development, customer service and account management, along with many other aspects of my position.Working alongside the management team, I was able to implement new processes that streamlined our sales and marketing efforts and improved overall departmental efficiency. By the end of 2018, our industry CRM usage increased to it\'s highest point ever for the Buffalo, Syracuse and Central New York regions. Training and developing hard-working and creative employees is the key to successes like this one.My professional passion is account management. I like being able find a solution to an issue or solve a problem for my business clients. Helping a company become more efficient really shows the organization\'s commitment to their success, which helps build a strong account relationship.
