Main mission : Lead the deployment of Safran Cabin’s decarbonization strategy, the improvement of energy performance, and the implementation of the environmental approach, in alignment with the Group’s objectives, while engaging all sites and key business functions.Safran Cabin is a global leader in aircraft cabin interiors and systems. With 11 employees across about 20 industrial sites on four continents. Responsibilities- Lead the Carbon Reduction strategy for Safran Cabin, aligning with Group objectives and tracking performance across all three scopes- Senior Auditor in the Energy Management System (EMS) audit process on an International scope to ensure compliance and effectiveness across the Safran Group- Structure and oversee Carbon Reduction governance, coordinating efforts across sites and functions while representing the company at the Executive Committee level- Oversee reporting of greenhouse gas emissions to top management and the Climate Department- Implement environmental approaches ensuring compliance and continuous improvement- Coordinate the EMS implementation across all Safran Cabin sites, supporting local teams to achieve energy performance goals through guidance and facilitation- Raise employee awareness on sustainability and promote responsible practices- Act as a liaison with external providers to ensure project implementation- Analyze and report on energy performance, proposing improvement actions.
