Responsible for coordinating property maintenance by communicating directly with vendors and service providers to address repairs and operational issues. Manage time-sensitive work orders with strict deadlines to ensure properties remain compliant, functional, and operating efficiently. This role has strengthened my skills in large-scale asset oversight, vendor coordination, deadline management, and real-time problem solving in a fast-paced real estate environment.
