I lead billing infrastructure and incident management for a cloud-native streaming platform. As sole owner of the billing system serving 250+ production clusters across AWS, GCP, and Azure, I developed an event-driven architecture integrating Stripe, Metronome, and Salesforce for usage-based billing, automated invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.I developed Redpanda\'s company-wide incident management program, implementing a Post-Incident Review process and leveraging Incident.io. This reduced Mean Time to Resolution from 27 hours to 5 hours—an 81% improvement.
