Currently: heading up LIRR Vanderbilt Rail Yard Relocation in support of Pacific Park Brooklyn project, NYC; Owner Representative for Central Utility Plant, Campus Power Distribution, Campus IT Infrastructure and PV for Cornell Technion University campus under construction on Roosevelt Island, NYC; MEP project management and VE for Nassau Coliseum renovation Uniondale, NY. I also provide in-house MEP support for other projects and facilities, particularly with regard to installation and start-up of utility and building MEP services.
