Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accountability and Audit Readiness for FORSCOM.• Review, analyze and interpret Statement of Budgetary Resources (SBR) and Statement of Budgetary Resources Samples for 19 FORSCOM Fund Centers (Commands) for accuracy, effectiveness and completeness for the following business process: Procurement, CIV PAY, Financial Reporting, Revenue, Year End Cutoff Samples, Funds Balance with the Treasury, and Non-SBA Samples against KPMG SBA Checklists to ensure commands are sufficing the samples with their respective key supporting document KSD’s).• Provide daily status of testing documentation reviewed and uploaded in the Army Audit Response Tool (AART) during the PBC submission and follow-up periods of monthly testing.• Coordinate and consolidate the FORSCOM Audit Readiness Weekly Status Report with stakeholders to include: Status of Monthly Self-Direct testing efforts, status of samples requested and reviewed for the audits and examinations, status of the corrective actions and implementation efforts. • Coordinate and consolidate the FORSCOM Audit Readiness Monthly Status Report with stakeholders to communicate project accomplishments, risks, upcoming activities, milestones and overall project health check.• Assist FORSCOM with monthly field level internal controls and substantive testing for Statement of Budgetary Resources (SBR), FORSCOM self-directed evaluations and support the Army Audit Data Response Tool (AART).• Review, analyze, interpret and validate G-8 Corrective Action Plans (CAP’s) Execution Steps Scorecard, CAP’s Execution and Validation and Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFR’s).• Develop and assist FORSCOM with implementing corrective actions (corrective actions as a result of monthly/self-directed testing, examinations and audits).
