Support Associate Ii @Harvard University Press

As a Support Associate in the IT department of HUP, I provide tier 1 and 2 support for the users throughout HUP. Furthermore, I take part in project work such as Desktop Refreshes and Cloud Storage Migrations. I also assist with technical documentation for the Internal Wiki page for the Press as well. Took the lead in various projects such as the creation of HUP\'s Sharepoint pages for each department. Currently taking the lead in a project to migrate our printers to a new system called Crimson Fax.
