At Dennis Group, a food and beverage manufacturing design-build consulting firm, I lead and support key phases of capital project execution. My technical scope includes both preliminary and detailed design—sizing and specifying pumps, tanks, valves, and piping systems; developing and redlining P & IDs; and preparing equipment data sheets while coordinating procurement and scheduling.I’ve contributed to the design of dry air exhaust systems for pet food dryers, calculating air velocity, dust loading, and pressure drop to ensure proper filtration and safety. I also supported the recommissioning of a wastewater treatment plant, identifying outdated equipment and instrumentation for replacement to restore operational readiness.My fieldwork includes commissioning, construction management, punch list resolution, and hands-on troubleshooting. I travel regularly to food and beverage facilities across the U.S, collaborating with contractors, verifying installations, and supporting clients projects during fast-paced start-up phases.
