Manage a team of seven planners.Manage The raw material and production planning functions for two operations that represent 25 production lines and 280 employees. Manage inventory of $35 million dollars. Including 4 distribution channels and maintaining retail customer service of over 98%. Lead the S & OP process for plant and supply chain management. In charge of all aspects of the process from planning to implementation including problem solving and root cause analysis. Work closely with Demand Planning on forecasting for all 825 items manufactured in the Mentor site & 770 items in the Cleveland site. Member of the site management team and participate in all leadership activities and discussions as part of a cross functional team. Work closely with purchasing to improve the sourcing performance to the plants. Streamlined the planning process to eliminate all waste and change packaging materials to JIT.
