I partner with our clients to achieve strategic outcomes, executing on their ambitious agendas. With 20+ years of experience I have partnered with a number of clients on their transformational journeys. I have had the good fortune to be able to work with many industry leaders in and around the Energy industry. I have partnered with clients on their transformational journeys related to M&A, going digital, restructuring, implementing ERPs, and optimizing their businesses. Leadership, culture, talent and change have been a theme across many of these engagements. While at Accenture, I have had various leadership roles, including North America Practice lead for Talent & Organization, Management Consulting Development Program lead, and Talent lead for SW Resources. My passion for people and diversity is a thread I follow in everything I do. I have a love for marathons, having run 5 of the 6 world majors I aim to complete the last one with my running family in 2022 in London. Years of traveling have brought many amazing experiences, and my probably was with diving with hammer head sharks at Galapagos. When I am at home, I really enjoy cooking my family recipes passed down from my mother and grandmother. LinkedIn messages are responded to within two days.
