ABOUT THOMAS CRYSDALE
I began my career in the Alberta oil and gas industry in 2019 with Casper Energy Services. Starting as a drill swamper, I quickly advanced to driller, gaining firsthand experience in field operations. After a year of drilling, I decided to broaden my skill set by attending SAIT, where I completed my welding program in 2021.Following graduation, I returned to Fort McMurray drilling operations and soon transitioned into a safety role with Casper in 2022, where I focused on ensuring safe and efficient field practices.Most recently, I’ve taken on a new challenge within the Casper group, moving into a sales role with Casper Equipment Solutions. Here, I bring together my hands-on field experience, technical background, and safety knowledge to help clients find the right equipment solutions that fit their needs.I’m passionate about building long-term relationships, understanding client challenges, and delivering value through equipment solutions that drive performance across oil & gas, mining, and construction sectors.
