Inform Station Management: Report facilities abuse-related damage and repair costs. Assist with procurement and technical expertise: Provide support to local station management and vendors on part procurement and technical issues. Collaborate on improvements: Work with station personnel and vendors on product improvements and equipment upgrades. Lead and supervise a team: Guide, train, and support maintenance technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to company policies. Develop maintenance schedules: Implement maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively maintain facilities and equipment.
