I am an IT / IM Programme and Project Management professional with over 20 years of full lifecycle Programme and Project delivery throughout my 32 year career. In addition I have been engaged at varying levels, most recently in a consulting capacity, in the field of Information Management, which I consider myself to be a subject matter expert in. This includes delivering solutions for Pharma GxP information and Oil and Gas Mergers & Acquisitions.I have applied various PM lifecycle Methods that include Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC etc. and conformed to various methodologies (Prince II, Summit-D etc).I place my focus on balancing stakeholder & management expectations with the realities of Project Delivery by utilising the appropriate tools and materials to ensure all information is captured, communicated, maintained and remains relevant throughout the delivery lifecycle.In addition to my Programme & Project Management expertise I have also delivered distinct Project Stages i.e. Product Selection & Transition / Integration Tasks. Finally, I have gained functional management experience, being responsible for Information Management Departments and service delivery.I have been employed by both service providers & multinational organisations across multiple Industry sectors, but mostly Oil & Energy, and Life Sciences.
