About Thomas Cantello
I have over 25 years of renewable energy and power project finance experience. Until December 2022, I was the co-head of ING Capital\'s Americas Renewables & Power team, which is focused on arranging debt financings for ING\'s global energy clients. I opted to take an early retirement from the banking industry to pursue other interests and opportunities. I\'m based in San Francisco and covered the R&P team’s West Coast clients. To date I have completed over 100 financings across several power generation technologies, including utility-scale solar and wind, residential solar, battery storage, community solar, hydroelectric, geothermal, natural gas, fuel cell and landfill gas.
