ABOUT THOMAS CAMPBELL-BURGESS
I started my career working in the Huntingdon office full time in 2018 following a 4 year sandwich degree in BSc Real Estate following a placement year in industry with Barker Storey Matthews in 2016/2017. I joined Eddisons, following the acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews in 2019, and worked in both Agency and Professional departments undertaking viewings, negotiations and assisting on valuations of commercial property types including industrial, offices, retail and development sites. I continue to work on all types of commercial property in the Professional department, now based in the Peterborough office, undertaking valuations for various purposes including bank loan security, pension funds, company accounts and taxation across the Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk region. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022. I also undertake Landlord and Tenant work acting for a number of national, regional and local clients.
