About Thomas Campbell
I desire to work in the chemical plant design phase of landfill mining operations. My goal is to facilitate chemical reactions at scale and enhance product quality through the implementation of improved processes that aim to recycle scrap metal, discarded glass, and old plastic into usable environmentally friendly products. My breadth of chemical knowledge is atypical for most chemical engineers due to my degree in chemistry. I excel in both small and medium-scale synthesis. In my previous position, I applied my engineering background to improve multiple laboratory operations. For instance, I implemented a new method for electrolyte bath preparation, which is estimated to have saved my employer $1.7 million per year.I am a quick learner, a great listener, and an even better worker. No process or method that I have learned has remained unchanged. I am constantly thinking of ways to improve myself and my work environment.
