Major clients include BASF, INEOS, Ascend Performance Materials, Phillips 66, Arkema, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Olin, and Koch Industries. Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is a full-service project execution firm with expertise in front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction management, process controls + automation, commissioning and start-up. We serve our chemicals, oil and gas, energy generation, heavy manufacturing, and process-industrial clients with their large capital projects, plant-level small projects and consulting needs, as well as site-based support for their ongoing operations and maintenance needs.
