Continuing with full responsibility for marketing efforts within the firm and my role as Head of Digital, I took on formal responsibility for management and oversight of the New Business Team, who I had been been working closely with since that team since its inception.The New Business Team deal with new enquiries and work to push prospects through our sales process to instructing the firm. As part of my role overseeing this team, I review performance to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement, then work to improve overall performance.My ultimate responsibilities are from generating enquiries and assisting the New Business Team in converting those enquiries to clients of the firm, alongside previously described IT and Data Protection responsibilities.
