After completing my hons degree in property development and quantity surveying I am now working with one of the biggest national house builders in the UK as a quantity surveyor.Completing my degree has given me a good understanding of the construction industry. Gaining knowledge in procurement, bill production, budgets, contracts and many more. Since joining Persimmon homes in april 2014 i have enhanced my knowledge in COINS technical, excel, valuation, procurment, negotiation and learning more every day.Whilst studying I had the opportunity to enhance my management skills by working as a lead associate / team leader in the retail industry. I\'m always eager to further my knowledge and career within the industry. I have personal goals to move up in to management positions over the next 5 to 10 years and continue to look for opportunities to grow with in the commercial sector of the construction industry.
