With more than four decades in the debt and collections industry, I’ve built my career around helping organizations navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and managing performing and non-performing debt portfolios. As CEO and President of Borges International Solutions, I’ve partnered with major banks, original creditors, debt resellers, hedge funds, and private investors across a wide range of asset classes, including auto, commercial, mortgage, installment loans, credit cards, and retail accounts. My approach is grounded in experience, integrity, and the belief that strong relationships lead to stronger results.My journey started in 1993 when I founded International Credit Services, LLC. Over the next two decades, I guided the company from a collection agency into a national debt brokerage firm supported by a network of more than 40 collection agencies. As President and CEO, I helped facilitate more than $8 billion in portfolio sales, acquisitions, outsourcing programs, and recovery strategies while prioritizing compliance, transparency, and committed client service. I’ve also introduced services such as bank account location for dormant judgments and merchant processing solutions tailored to agencies, law firms, and businesses.Recently, I partnered with BeeSeen Solutions, a full-service strategic advisory and digital agency based in Long Island with a global reach. Their expertise in sales and marketing, consulting, targeted lead generation, business development, call center operations, strategic staffing, and intelligent automation strengthens the value I deliver to clients. Alongside this, BeeSeen Legal offers proven Legal Process Outsourcing and alternative legal services powered by experienced professionals and law graduates who operate as a seamless extension of their clients.
