ABOUT THOMAS BONIELLO

I am proud to announce that my first novel, BookMarck, was published by Olympia Publishers, London, England, on November 30, 2023 and that I have recently signed my second contract with Olympia to publish my second novel. Its working title is: A Symphony Spies. I evidence my abilities and success by highlighting Oratory\'s unprecedented growth in registrations during my tenure, and the continued vitality of applications despite significant obstacles. My unique skill set combines a talent for educational management and communication with high-end organizational skills. My singular professional path has included serving as a Director of Admissions, Dean of Students, Math Teacher and Practicing Attorney. All of these experiences have contributed to my wisdom, gravity, collegiality, self-discipline and integrity. I respect the spoken and written word, and use language with great respect. I have applied my skill set to ensure that Oratory Prep attracts qualified, vital, meritorious applicants for admission, despite the obstacles associated with constructing a new building on a small campus and the unique challenges associated with COVID-19. I have developed and executed full-year admission strategies, including long-term planning, developed and nurtured professional relationships with candidates, families and peers, implemented electronic application processes, managed record keeping, supervised staff, and developed events and presentations to target audiences. During my career in education in two schools, I have been selected Teacher of the Year three times. Outside of my portfolio, I developed a peer to peer mentorship program known as the Carlton Fellowship, and started the OP Hockey Club, which has grown into the Varsity Hockey Team.
