Tom has held previous positions in quality assurance management at the company and sits on its board of directors. He is currently a member of the Santa Barbara Industrial Association, a mayoral appointee to the Santa Barbara Air Pollution Control District Community Advisory Council, and a member of the Santa Barbara County Community Toxics Advisory Committee.Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Physiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Tom holds certificates in Hazardous Materials Management and Air Quality Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue.
