I am looking for an executive role managing large digital marketing or IT teams. In L\'Oréal digital advertising accelerates our business growth around the world and improves our ROI. With our stakeholders, my team built the global strategy to empower Data & Cloud Technologies for digital marketing. To tackle marketing problems at scale we provide policies, guidelines and SaaS to countries. We improved the time to market of digital projects deployed in countries. In this new digital world, the data privacy laws are one of our main concerns. The personal data, the advertisings technologies and the data cloud technologies are targeted by these laws. Ethics and transparency with our consumers are more and more important and complex. Google Chrome is already on the battlefield with their Privacy Sandbox. The future end of cookies will announce a game change in the digital world. As technology specialists we bring visibility on advertising, data and cloud technologies to our consumers. We keep our brand image safe and prepare the future. I am in charge of teams composed of digital marketing or developers people. I use all my qualities as a leader to empower digital marketing teams to bring the most valuable marketing product. As a leader and manager I lead the developers team to build the best sustainable solution with low OPEX (operational expenditure) and Data Privacy safeguards.
