I formally worked in the Office of Enrollment Services as the Manager with an interest in providing the best customer service for our students. I have been working in higher education for over a decade ensuring students and families the best experience and smoothest transition possible. I am currently the Assistant Director of the GEAR UP/College Bound program at Passaic County Community College. Our program supports efforts to increase the number of low-income students that obtain a secondary school diploma and prepare for and succeed in postsecondary education. I am experienced with recruiting and interviewing prospective students and parents, collecting and analyzing all data necessary for program evaluation and research. Assist in the planning, development and implementation of the academic year and summer sessions. I also manage a number of employees helping them grow professionally, personally and mentally. My skills in higher education are transferable to any profession as I am goal oriented, have an easy to get along with personality and the ability to learn on the fly in a fast paced environment.
